Okay so I'm on my second go around. If this is the "minimal" direction Trent is talking about...it sure sounds incredibly layered to me. This is exactly in the direction I was hoping Trent was going to go...something experimental and soundscape electronic wise in the vein of Ghosts and The Fragile but also feeling very new and fresh.

I loved the live version but holy crap, this is just as good if not better.

Nope, all metadata was supplied by me. itunes just provides the audio.

The amazon version is actually 274 kbps. Now, maybe 256 kbps AAC is theoretically a little better than 274 kbps MP3, but in practice it doesn't really matter. Heck, I'm completely fine with -q 4.25 ogg vorbis ("136 kbps" though in practice closer to 128 kbps)

Wow, I did not expect the studio version to be so drastically different. Copy of A never did too much for me when I heard it live. I liked it but it didn't floor me. The studio version is a different beast entirely. Gonna have a listen with headphones
