Had a great morning: Managed to buy tickets to a May Tricky concert and an August Beach House concert. It'll be my first time seeing both of these bands live! It's been a while since I've attended a concert (EMA, last October, was my last show).

09/04 – Metallica @ Target Center (Minneapolis, MN)
10/18 – Foo Fighters @ Xcel Energy Center (St. Paul, MN)
More to come (hopefully including a NIN show or two)...
Went to see Low play tonight in Indianapolis. I've seen a precious few bands perform live, but this was the first time that a band sounded just as good as they did on their albums. It was a beautiful show, and afterwards I got to talk to Alan a bit and snag a setlist from the floor. Just a really great show all around.

5/26 - A Perfect Circle at Starplex Pavillion
9/1 - Avenged Sevenfold with Prophets of Rage at Starplex Pavillion
Saw The Soft Moon last night. Incredible show. Surprised we don't have a thread here on them, I think a lot of NIN fans would be into it.

Just booked flights and a hotel for L.A. in October to go to the second Caleb Scofield benefit concert (the first was this past Wednesday in Boston, I was there too). Line up is incredible.
Cave In
Celestial
Pelican
Old Man Gloom
27
Most notably, Celestial is actually Isis, who broke up in 2010, reuniting for one night only under the name Celestial (the name of one of their albums). Isis is one of my favorite bands of all time, and I'm so excited at the opportunity to see them perform one more time, even if it's for a sad reason.
