    • First is the [spoiler] tag. Make sure you use this tag in the TV/Movie forums when you want to talk about spoilers.
    Code:
[spoiler]OMG The Titanic sinks at the end![/spoiler]
Spoiler: OMG The Titanic sinks at the end!
So, as Brandon has pointed out, make sure you tag your posts for movies and TV Shows that HAVE NOT YET BEEN RELEASED OR BROADCASTED, please. If it has been released or broadcasted, it's fair game to post about without the tags. We want to make the board as enjoyable as possible for everyone and would like to avoid ruining something for someone.

If I want to start a thread about Lost then which I've just finished watching, I don't need to use the spoilers thing?

Spoiler tags now required for social media and news sites, it seems. Yeah, it was just Family Guy, but jesus, that got out of hand quickly (won't mention the specifics).

It's all over the internet with no spoiler warning at all. Like you said, it's only Family Guy, but I'm sure there are people out there who are pissed off to have that spoiled for them.
