    What do you collect?

    Apart from NIN of course.

Mine used to be NIN, then I moved on to Tool. Now my primary collecting concerns are all to do with Danzig, and to a smaller capacity the Sacrifice era of Gary Numan's work.

I also collect anything to do with William Peter Blatty and his films/novels. They're my two primary eBay searches.

What about you? It can range from stamps to dildos.

I collect old coins and banknotes.
I collect games. I have hundreds on Steam, Origin, Desura and retail boxes.

I may post pictures some other time.

What's your most prized item - either of you guys?

Mine is a recently-purchased 1992-era Lucifuge cross that Danzig threw into the crowd at a gig circa '92. Lots of replicas available; this one is the real deal, bought from a good mate of mine who was at the gig:

    most prized records include:

ivy's day- in another time 7''
opera de nuit- opera de nuit LP/amour noir 12''
    babel 17- celeano fragments LP
eskimos & egypt- the cold 7''
obscure by degrees- i'm dying 7''

or rather, those are the most expensive and hard to come by ones, as well as records that never leave my side when DJing...

photography gear (Micro 4/3). think I might have a fetish. seems like I'm more of a collector of the gear than an actual photographer...

Apart from NIN, my only other music collection is Bowie, but only 1995 to present day. Singles, alternate editions, promo stuff, everything.

I also collect everything that has to do with the Sandman comic books (statues, spin-offs, etc) and everything from Neil Gaiman. If somebody has a copy of his Duran Duran book for sale I sure would appreciate it

We did accumulate a good amount of random comic book stuff, but only on a "whatever we like" basis, that didn't get obsessive and out of hand (thank god).

BTW, I'm VERY lucky, because my wonderful wife shares my collecting interest, and the comics/Neil Gaiman thing is something we do together.

I collect birdy things - a bit more girly than some of the collections mentioned above...I love birds and, even though it seems really trendy right now, I don't care - if I see a cute bird thing that I have room for, I will buy it. I have a huge tree with perching birds wall decal in my stairwell and I love it. Was worried it was going to look cheap and lame, but it works.

My sister recently starting collecting vintage/weird salt and pepper shakers, which I wish I would have thought of, as I think they'll make a neat display once she's got a sizeable collection.

I collect Deadpool comic books. I might not have that many (only have around 30 or so) but I only started not that long ago either and I also have a few other comics like Venom, AVX and some X-Force.

I collect Norman Rockwell things. I don't go out of my way to acquire them, but when I find them at garage sales, thrift stores, things like that I buy em.
I also have a couple small Rage Against The Machine and Beastie Boys cd collections with a lot of promos and rare singles.

I don't collect them, but I have a ton of and will pretty much always buy creepy/strange knick knacks.. I have this hand painted poodle that's eyes are really weird... I like it.
