A lot of crazy shit going on right now. Currently in an argument with one friend (on Thanksgiving, of all days), my best friendship is pretty much completely over, things just generally are pretty crappy at the moment. But that makes me SO much more grateful (as if I wasn't already) to have this place to go to, with nice people and buddies I've made over the years. Even when my offline friends are being assholes, I know I always have a welcoming place to come to here. And I don't care if it's schmaltzy, that's the way I feel, damn it!

While driving into Seattle today, I happened to see a living statue waiting for a bus. I pulled over and complimented her bronze complexion and told her she was beautiful. These kinds of things keep me in a good place for quite a while after they happen.

Sooooooo wonderful to have ETS back. Also nice to be back home from visiting family in Cleveland for Thanksgiving. Trip was meh, but we were able to upgrade to First Class for the flight there. Awesome!

Waking up at three in the morning, looking over at the clock and realizing I don't have to be up for another three hours. It's such a relief, because that first second I wake up, I always think it's time to get up, until my eyes focus enough to be able to see the clock and then I realize what time it really is. Such a good feeling.
