    Same here.

Actually I think "Giving Up" is "I'm Not," given the lyric sample.

Also I like how the title track was the first track on the first record, and the last on this record.

and haha of course 11 tracks just like every Rammstein album.

The first Emigrate album was all English so I don't see why it would be any different this time.

I wonder when the remastered Rammstein discography is being released. The remastering was completed like two or three years ago.

Well, Made in Germany was remastered apparently but I couldn't tell the difference... I'm absolutely not interested in any new Rammstein at the moment. Release some goddamn Mutter-era DVD or a DVD from the MiG tour and I'm happy. Period.

Can't believe LIFAD came out in 2009. Time flies.

So I hadn't listened to these guys in years and Du Hast was stuck in my head the other day for no reason so I broke out what I have. Only albums I've ever really heard are Herzeleid and Sehnsucht, and are the only ones I own. Any suggestions on another couple albums I should check out? I seem to remember hearing mixed things about Mutter when that came out. I just don't want to go blindly buying albums off iTunes if there are some I shouldn't bother with.

Mutter is amazing, definitely their strongest album IMO.

Mutter is pretty strong, as well as LIFAD. I would get those two.

    1) Streamed the clips of the new Emigrate record on Facebook. I think it sounds pretty weak, and I adored the debut. Too many guest vocalists.

    2) Has the complete, full high quality demo of Stirb Nicht Vor Mir leaked YET?!?!

Yeah the new Emigrate record... going from the samples it sounds way too much like a cookie cutter rock album.........and what the fuck is Marilyn Manson doing on there? ugh..

It's kind of horrible to judge an album based on samples without hearing the whole thing but i feel like i get the jist of it.

I donno... Johnathan Davis is listed as a guest star as well (last track), Manson makes more sense being there than he does. At least Manson and Rammstein have collaborated together in the past. Davis just sticks out.

But i'm going to pass on this album, I hated the first one he did, so I can't see how getting a bunch of other musicians to sing the songs with him is going to make this any better.

The Rammstein merch shop has some new items in it for the fall/winter season including.....

    A toaster! lol
    https://shop.rammstein.de/de/catalog...oducts_id=1225

And it burns the R+ symbol in your bread as it toasts it.

Man, where do they come up with this stuff? Hahahaha

Not even KISS has toasters and creme brulee torches. Those boys are definitely falling asleep at the wheel behind Rammstein...

I love the crazy variety of stuff they offer, it's charming in a way. The Rammstein placemat and sheet sets blew me away when I first saw their store.

I'm getting ready for a major disapointment with the new Emigrate record. The single is very mediocre. Not bad but very mediocre. And what's up with only 5 songs featuring Richard doing main vocals?! Juding by the singles he's not singing on some songs at all...

I really liked the debut but this doesn't sound too good. Sadly although "my pleasure" sounds decent at least. I kinda wished for a small tour.

In general I think Emigrate isn't anything special and just see it as a way for Richard to work those more cliche sounds out of his system without it being in Rammstein. The first album sounded like typical rock to me and this doesn't seem all too different. I love Richard, he's great, but I definitely think Emigrate is far from his best.
