Man that song is poppy. I always feel once Vortex and Mustis left, a certain edge went with it.

I get the Vortex appreciation but it's a new edge. They're some of the more light when it comes to black metal.

Enthrone Darkness Triumphant is my favorite album but those days are long gone haha.

The saddest part is a couple of fleeting melodies in the middle parts that remind me of Spiritual Black Dimensions, which then are consumed by the genericness and pseudo-Within Temptation ripoffness.

Haha seems the general consensus is hatred.

I hope the album isn't a complete continuation of Abrahadabra.

New album is out tomorrow and it's around in places....

As a whole package it works and is a good listen. It is not my favorite album by them but it's a big step above Abrahadabra.

Can't help but wonder how much more awesome it would've been with Vortex instead of the choir.
