I swear there was a general outer space geekiness thread, but I can't find it to save my life. Did a thread title search for "space" with no results. Hrm. Whatever.

Anyone else excited about the Falcon Heavy launch? I'm getting frustrated as heck from all the delays. Wind shear my butt...it's a damn rocket! Just plow through that wind!

Not following the Falcon Heavy launch but a week ago, I watched a documentary about the Challenger disaster. I'll see that shuttle explode in my mind until the day I die.
