BBC 6 Music again... asking 'What's your favourite Nine Inch Nails tune?' as they'll be playing something by them later.

Guessing the end result will be a fairly obvious single, but you never know...

I didn’t listen to it but I’m guessing this CoS article sums it all up:

    https://consequenceofsound.net/2018/...e-end-of-june/

Also mentions new score work, but they don’t dive into it.

This is a great piece with some cool visuals. Lots of quotes from Trent as well.

Narcos Season Three, Episode Three...Agent Van Ness is wearing the Downward Spiral era "Flies" t-shirt throughout almost the entire episode. Show is set in the mid 90's. And the "Coil" shirt in a later episode I haven't gotten to yet but I came across when I did an image search:

I'm catching up with 10 years worth of Grey's Anatomy right now. This came up... Season 8, Episode 12. Aired in 2012. "You should check out the latest Nine Inch Nails album..." .... "It's FRESH!"

The "latest album" would have been The Slip, which would've been 4 years old. Not so "fresh!"

Seems extremely overpriced considering they are just prints.

Jeeze, those prices are crazy high. The prints are not really large, like 12.5x17. Limited edition of 300? I could see it being this high if it was an edition of like 10 prints. Hell, if he can get it, all the best to him. Wish I had the balls to ask that much for the prints I sell. Also odd that he uploaded near full resolution image files for those prints.

Yeah, these are a step up from the already art-quality giclée prints like the ones Rob Sheridan is selling on his StoreEnvy. Those are cheaper but, man, that "Ground Vanished" piece is beautiful.

Mills showed some of those prints (the NIN logo ones) at Glasgow University a few years ago along with a ton of pencil concept sketches and notes for TDS.

The concept art was interesting. I remember thinking that although the prints were okay, it was disappointing that none of the paintings from that time were there.

The NIN logo is actually real. Mills lives in the Lake District in the UK. The story goes that he got the logo made at local metal workshop, then dragged it around the countryside, filling it with bones, natural detritus, snow (from the hills), and finally set it on fire. Kind of an elemental idea.

You're right, though; it does look like some textures were added later.

If anyone watches WWE Raw, this will make sense. On Monday's Raw (3/26/18), Rhyno's music interrupts an Elias promo and the announcers start jabbering. Announcer Michael Cole starts talking about some shit and Corey Graves responds, "I saw Nine Inch Nails and Queens of the Stone Age in this building!".

Not really a spotting. More like, Corey Graves is an awesome person for having the balls to say that shit during a live broadcast.

Despite the audio issues and unprofessional hosts, this was a really good listen (just listened to the NIN related bits)! Rob talks about him, TR and 42E creating the YZ ARG and specifically talks about the secret show incident. It was unfortunate to hear Rob mention TR being one of his "closest friends" for years, but now "hasn't talked to him in a while". :/ He says Trent was getting heavily involved with Apple and that wasn't a direction he was going. I dig Kraw a lot (his work for Chelsea Wolfe is great too btw), don't get me wrong, but I kinda miss Rob's musk.
