So i just fell down an IG rabbit hole and ended up on Corey Holms page, who turns out to be the graphic designer of the NTAE PC...this post is impossible to ignore:

could this be a clue to check this page with the foil?
maybe the holes at the eyes mark some words from the text written on the side?
