Yeah, but you highlighted how fun charge is, which is an ME2 innovation. ME3 also made steps to get away from the cover-based combat with grenades and enemies with special abilities, plus destructable covers. The jetpack is very cool though, that's for sure, but for me, combat was always secondary.
