With all that's going on in this corrupt administration are we really arguing over a fucking posterboard

The funny thing about that is Fox goes to Levin as the "source" but he spends the whole time quoting other news sources and then completely misreads and misrepresents the original source. It's like when my near-80-yr-old-dyslexic Mom reads and reports on news stories like Emily Litella. Then he admits, at 08:27, that he just "put [the source info] together" (because he's trying to get hits for his book and his own show). What a Ho.
The New York Times, last October, pretty much spelled out, clearly, why the FBI and counter-intelligence was suspicious about the Trump Server.

@Jinsai's link says:
"The F.B.I. director, James B. Comey, asked the Justice Department this weekend to publicly reject President Trump’s assertion that President Barack Obama ordered the tapping of Mr. Trump’s phones, senior American officials said on Sunday."

Watching all of this on the news shows this (Sunday) morning is the most fun I've had in a while in politics. Makes me wish we had our apartment in D.C. again. This could take years (like Nixon and Clinton) but it's gonna be a crazy ride.
What is NOT funny are these immigrants being arrested and detained while they are driving their kids to school. This is heartless shit, a lot of these people came from areas of terrible levels of poverty and they were starving; they came here to survive, not to rip anybody off. They work at jobs that nobody here will do, for hardly any pay. May God have mercy on us for how these people are being treated. These alleged Christians should be ashamed of themselves; Jesus was a socialist who would have helped these people.
Edit: And amen to this!

But Trump wants to GET RID OF all anonymous sources and demand that all sources have names (even though it's widely believed that several people on his own staff, like Priebus and Bannon and Kushner are anonymous WH sources). Journalism would be completely shut down without anonymous (whistle-blower) sources.

I don't know how valid the site is but that's one place I've seen it.
And for the love of God please don't be one of those "this thing happened!" that weeks later turns embarrassing for everyone involved.
Nope, not until the person who pretends to be better than the rest of us did in an attempt to criticize people for doing so!
Also, Politico is now reporting that Khan story:

Still not believing it until "Ramsay Talks" or Khan tell how they got this info. He's an American Citizen.
Slate and pretty much the entire Internet is covering it, now, too. If this is true this is like friggin' N. Korea. It's not clear exactly what Ramsay Talks meant by "traveling privileges."

@allegro yeah, I'm hoping it's inaccurate reporting, but at this point I wouldn't even be all that surprised.
*I* would be surprised! I grew up right next to Canada (Detroit, across the river from Windsor) and I've never heard of an American Citizen having any problems traveling back-and-forth from CANADA. Up until relatively recently, we didn't even need any documents to drive to Canada; we just needed to state our citizenship and if we were declaring anything. Now, Michiganders have the "enhanced driver's license." Canadians work in Detroit and vice-versa, crossing the river. Travel "privileges" from CANADA for an AMERICAN CITIZEN being "under review" is fucking nuts. SEE ALSO plus THIS.
edit: Hmmmmm ...

Only slightly off-topic:
This morning, I was on the BBC iOS app and there was a thing that said something like "300 refugees in FBI investigation". But when I clicked on it, it took me to some new page for "live" events, and I hate that crap. I just want to read stuff that's already been researched and written, and apparently this was a developing announcement.
So, a couple hours later, I google the story. Only major source to have it: Fox News. I refuse to visit their site, so oh well. Went back to the BBC app: not a single mention of it anywhere.
Point being: I find it very interesting that a reasonably unbiased (slight left lean) outlet like the BBC has suddenly taken the story out of the spotlight ("300 refugees" as a search on their website returns nothing), while a decidedly right-leaning outlet goes to town.
What exactly are "travel privileges" for US citizens?
trump tweets nonsense, meanwhile north Korea,;launches missles

this Khizir Khan thing is truly bizarre... Los Angeles Times is carrying it now... don't you have to verify stuff before you run with a story derived from a Facebook post?
And of course the conspiracy freaks are commenting that it has to do with Hillary Clinton and pedophiles. Or how Valerie Jarrett is living with the Obamas. Or how Hillary sold uranium to Iran for $160 million to the Clinton Foundation. Or how Snopes is run by two losers in a bedroom.
Meanwhile, Steve Bannon is busy throwing gas on the flame: https://mobile.twitter.com/bestdad20...409601/photo/1
I saw that earlier... the Wikileaks "the password will be revealed" crap. There's no way I'm downloading an encrypted file from this asshole and then opening it with a delayed password release.
I hope it's the video from The Ring.
Things have been happening today though that nobody's touching on... a little surprising. No real mention of the new executive order travel ban? Ben Carson's weird somnambulant meanderings about how American slaves were "immigrants" dreaming of a prosperous future? The new "plan" to replace the ACA? Trump patting himself on the back for Exxon's plans that have been in place since 2013?
Are we hitting that critical "protest fatigue" point? I guarantee you, that's part of the strategy... wear people out until the madness is normalized.
I didn't mention any of those here because I'm EXHAUSTED from hearing about it and discussing all of it all day on social media where even Samuel L Jackson is going after Ben Carson,.

Has Russia bought Bannon's favours by offering him an unlimited supply of vodka?
I'm just saying... news today has seemed particularly... overloaded
I feel like this can't be unintentional.
