Guys, these festival shows are just that, festival shows. We're not going to get a TON of new stuff. Once he goes on tour in 2018, then we'll get a ton of new stuff.

Until theres festivals mixed in with the solo shows.

I think it's because people (me included) would love to hear some of the unplayed recent stuff. This is something I can't understand: NIN has people wanting desperately them to play some of their newer stuff and they barely do, while almost every other band people just want to listen the greatest hits selection. I'd trade Gave Up (that I love) for The Idea of You easily. And Damn, I can't believe Dear World is not going to make a live debut this tour.

I can see that, I guess. I'm a bit more easy to please than most people, as a general rule. I am hoping that a proper tour (especially once the last EP is out) will have more surprises. But, then again, we do have "typical setlists" on ninwiki for a reason.

Edit: Also from what Trent said earlier, maybe it's so solid because Atticus is really really not used to this? I don't know what live stuff he's done before this. So maybe it's so that they're not throwing him for a loop so much?

I totally agree with this, but at the same rate I found quite odd to see a track like The Lovers (that is honestly, at least for me, not even top 5 of both EPs combined) making a live appearance in all of those three shows and Not Anymore, The Idea of You or Dear World, not even making the final setlist once.
