Honestly, it wouldn't make much sense to include a complete lighting set for just 4 or 5 festival dates. This whole tour was originally unplanned from Trent (or should I say 'them' now?). I think that in the upcoming tour (hopefully next year) we'll have a complete set.

This stage is much bigger than what was used at FYF. So you have the ability to do a bit of what was done in Bakersfield. Maybe theyll do the laser stuff.

I really quite liked the projectors shining directly onto Trent in Bakersfield. It's a totally different effect than projections shining onto the band and also onto the background. The designs showing only on TR instead of the whole stage looks way cooler.

The cameramen must be fans, the guy filming Ilan durin MOTP knew exactly when to adjust the focus and frame the piano part haha

well yeah, but once established how receptive people were about the bass working of the song + the sunspots medley, i was hoping he'd keep that.
it's less dated than the closer/the only time medley, that has happened for the last 11 years or so.
