7Digital.com is my go-to for digital FLAC releases. It is currently $12.99. And welcome, the party is still going!

Tangent related, but the record label who made the release have had some bad flood damage, so if you haven't grabbed the vinyl yet, maybe do so to help them out

Anyone ever put this soundtrack on when depressed and while listening to it get even more depressed and then go watch the documentary and get WAY more depressed to the point that you listen to the soundtrack again in a dark room while getting SUPER depressed?

    Just me?

    Okay.

Anyway, this is still my favorite TR + AR project thus far.

No...that’s what In This Twilight is for. Just replace the movie with The Gift.

I do, however, keep a burned copy of this in the car for whenever it’s raining. Rainy drive + this album = positive depressive mood.

i really want them to do a more involved collaboration with mogwai, where they're all in the studio together. i can only imagine both how heavy and how beautiful the music would be.

For a second, I thought you were talking about the Keanu Reeves movie The Gift and was reeeeally confused.

Finally watching this. I’m fairly sure there are musical cues that aren’t on the OST

Agreed. I saw this for the first time yesterday and noticed the same. Either completely different cues, or versions of ones familiar to me from the soundtrack.

Over the weekend I had tons of rain and nothing to do. I put on this album and fell in love. I always wait to listen to things until I'm ready. I have always loved Mogwai, and this blend was just beautiful. It's my new head down focus music.

Does this vinyl come with a download code for 24/48? Or is there a way to buy the 24/48 files from bandcamp or something?

The vinyl does not come with a download card. It was released to digital retailers (Qobuz, 7Digital, etc.) as 16/44 only. It's on bandcamp, but according to someone's comment there, it's only 16/44 there too.

24/48 was provided as a separate download link when purchasing the vinyl from the NIN Store, and apparently, that's the only place you can get it from. The store listing there says it still comes with a download, but you may want to try contacting customer service beforehand just to verify, since the store has been through several iterations since the original release.

Vinyl sold out on nin.com. Do you think they will restock it? And can anyone confirm the bandcamp download is 16/44?
