Backstage audio-only interview, with a few pictures. It's about 20 minutes, very candid and loose (yet informative), it's great.

Hopefully they're allowed into Canada this time. Got turned away at the boarder trying to cross last weekend in Calgary.
Watts didn't have proper documentation to cross. Claims it won' effect The Toronto and Montreal dates. Guess we'll see.

Certainly glad I didn't plan to go to that. I was mulling that date over all spring when it was announced.

That was apparently due to some people at the Terminus festival fucking up and not having the proper paperwork.

Did it kick your ass like it kicked my ass? I had a blast. I was just in front of En dancing around and doing air guitar poorly.

Off to Toronto in a few hours to get a second fix in.

It was a cool show, very loud, my ears were still ringing the next morning. Shame to not see Guenther Schulz but the guy filling in did a great job. I would have liked to see some En Esch solo numbers, but Juke Joint Jezebel and the early KMFDM songs were a treat: they should all patch up their differences with Sascha and do a Klassik KMFDM reunion tour and album. I really enjoyed Julien-K which was unexpected to me, as I'd seen them before and not cared for them. Ghostfeeder were good too.

I got a copy of Watt's lyric book, and there are some songs in here that I have never heard of. I suspect they might be new or unreleased songs. For example, Truth is Sin, The Vice Girls, and Know Time. I have never heard of these. Can anyone confirm?

I dunno people are rumoring that it's a forthcoming album in 2018, but I have no idea, I've never heard of those songs.
Have you tried asking the Lord of Lard himself? He's quite accessible on FB.

Ray confirmed the book contains lyrics for unreleased songs from his next album, yes. I'd expect something next year.

A demo (FLAC) for Genuine American Monster has surfaced. It's cool, a couple of alternate versions and 2 unreleased songs. PM me for the rar password.

I'm so used to waiting 5-10 years between record releases for my favourite artists (NIN, Rammstein, TOOL), It's nice and refreshing to see someone working hard pumping out new music for once. This guy has been on fire the last couple of years.

Track 11, The Cult of Chaos must be a new version of the song. Pig has never reused identical tracks from previous albums.

I cannot believe how rare and expensive The Swining/Red Raw and Sore CD has become. I'm bummed because my copy has a scratch/skip in Symphony for the Devil. I cannot afford to replace the disc.

Praise the Lard is starting to creep up in price too.

Really love that. Thanks for posting. Was pretty high on the last album, so here's hoping this one continues the great sounds.

For this price, hopefully the bonus tracks remain exclusive for a longer interval than "Violence" did...

    I think it seems reasonable.

Why is the cost of the vinyl / cost of postage so high? Well, due to the high manufacture cost of each record, plus its extremely limited nature, it's important to us (and we're assuming to your good selves) that your vinyls reach you safely and securely, so the relatively high cost is due to the fact that each record will need to be signed for on delivery.

My receipt for $85 says otherwise. I love Raymond, but he hasn't conditioned me as thoroughly as Trent has!

    heh. Fair enough.

Pig and Carpenter Brut are the only artists I'll pay any amount of money for, without thinking twice.
