    Directed by and staring Don Cheadle.
    Premiers April 1st nationwide.




    Don Cheadle is one of my current favorite actors right now and I believe he has what it takes to properly portray Miles Davis.
    I'm extremely hyped for this film.

    I tried to catch this in theaters but kept missing it. RedBox to the rescue!

    I just finished it and it's really, really great. I don't know much about his real life, but this seemed like a pretty unflinching peek at it, fwiw. I especially liked the nonlinear storyline, the excellent, creative transitions from scene-to-scene during the backwards and forwards jumps through the timeline, and all the other surreal little touches throughout that help put the audience in his trashed and warped frame of mind.

    Don Cheadle fucking outdid himself with this one!

    Highly recommended for sure.
