    Fantastic Four

    I know this movie already has a TON on ill will generated against it for various reasons...but it ALSO has a FANTASTIC trailer and I am officially 100% on board.

    If the film itself measures up to its trailer, I'd even go as far as saying that it could TOTALLY hook up with the X-Men film franchise and I would absolutely be okay with that.

    What an excellent turnaround.

    I think the trailer looks pretty good. It's definitely pretty serious and somber which I can get behind.
    What's with all the hate? The dislike bare is pretty notable for a movie that doesn't look that bad. Can someone articulate to me why this movie is getting trashed already? Are they fucking with the comics too much or something? (I don't know their origin story very well, so I thought it might be something to do with that.)

    Massive nerdrage about the Human Torch being black.

    That coupled with the fact that they had the nerve to make another movie with the rights they bought instead of just handing the property back to their competition is pretty much the long and short of it.
