I spent a whole day and night researching that keyboard, I found out when it was used, when it was damaged and found video of the keyboard actually being damaged and still being used afterwards etc...

I wish I had >$1700 then, I was PISSED OFF that I didn't win it. I didn't realized that someone added my write up to the auction....

It wasn't added to the auction description on eBay. I can't remember who set this archive up, but it's an ETS member (information like yours from ETS threads was included on their site).

I was in the same boat. Almost won an item but didn't know how to properly bid at the time and lost it. It still haunts me to this day.

Shipping prices on the official NIN store is notoriously insane. It's $15 to ship the grab bag domestic! I remember wanting to order a t-shirt and poster once, and the shipping was more than the two items combined. It's not mailed out by Trent, obviously, it's some 3rd party seller but ya know, I'm an online seller and I bend over backwards to combine and charge exact shipping. Just bugs me to no end.
