Is this just speculation or has that actually been confirmed? Even his haircut is someone resembling Kang's helmet design, which would obviously look silly if they went for that comic book look. Plus it would allow Ultron to kill the Avengers (i.e Cap's broken shield, etc), only to have him help undo that, but creating a whole other problem which would eventually lead into Avengers 3.
