Did anybody catch the special tonight? It was ok, it had some new footage but it was really just an hour long ad. with a two second Ant-Man tease at the end.
I did like the concept art for Scarlet Witch and Quicksilver.
I like that Scarlet Witch is dressed like a normal person as opposed to the gross outfit she has in the comics.
Also, dat Hulkbuster tho. The teases they showed were very specific, and I can't wait to see what the context of that concept art ends up being.
In other Quicksilver news, set photos from Avengers 2 show both him (in a costume!) and Hawkeye, who still seems to not exist in the gap between the two Avengers films.
I'm really hoping for a cameo in Winter Soldier. If you've already seen it, don't tell me.
EDIT: Scarlet Witch too, in a nice hi-res photo. The Quicksilver one up there is hi-res now also.

More photos, including Ultron (wearing a big puffy coat). I'm betting the coat won't make the final cut...
Fucking ugh. Quicksilver's adult design looks just as awful as his younger version. He's one of the few characters in the X-Men roster I can think of that could be translated aesthetically into something truly astonishing on film; instead, we get a CBGB poseur turned cocaine-addled Criss Angel.
Speaking of wasted opportunities, it also kinda sucks that Jubilee has been relegated to easter-egg style scene backdrops and it doesn't look as though this will change in Days of Future Past. Fortunately, I enjoyed First Class thoroughly in spite of its kitschy aspects, so these gripes have yet to damper my excitement for the new film.
Add that man to everything Marvel's doing. He was easily the best part of Winter Soldier.
Oh look: it's Ultron, Iron Man and Captain Puerto Rico!

Avengers: Age of Ultron trailer premieres next week during, wait for it, Agents of S.H.I.E.L.D.
The good news: finally, a trailer!
The bad news: having to watch SHIELD to see it.
I know I defended the show last season, and I may have at the beginning of this season as well, but I really just don't care about it any more.
I'm sure it'll be up online by the next day, officially, plus, it's being showcased before Interstellar.
THIS IS NOT A DRILL.
New Avengers trailer.
Did I see Andy Serkis in the trailer?
Yep. I knew he was involved with the movie but he's been reticent to reveal his involvement.
I'm loving the design on Ultron; the way the song in the trailer blended with dialogue was pretty clever and took me by surprise, made that line far more emphasised; nice to know we'll be getting Hulk Hulking about.
It's really nice to see so much focus on the villain this time around. One of the complaints a lot of people have had for Marvel's films is that the villains aren't all too memorable, and it seems like what they're doing with Ultron is definitely going to help fix that problem before Thanos is finally in the mix. James Spader's voice fits so well, it's one of those nail on the head casting decisions. To think that this is the next Marvel movie we're getting to see is something else, it feels like not long ago I was watching the first in theaters.
Dat Hulkbuster armor!
No Vision anywhere. At least I haven't spot him yet.
And my poor, poor Bruce!
I think it's time to give this its own thread.
There should be one already; just poke around.Hmm, I guess not.
I'm sure this will be great and all, but can we all agree that the "got No Strings" thing is totally stupid and out of place?
Yeah, like the use of We're In This Together was used in the first movie.
Heh, Marvel released the trailer.
GG, Marvel. That's the way to handle leaks.
