Hey now, this isn't the shit on fashion thread. I love sweaters like that. But this "music" is garbage.

Edit: It's clear those guys are trying to be funny, but that video is shitty and creepy.

I don't hate The Bunny The Bear. In fact I enjoyed earlier tunes of theirs before they got signed. Now? Not so much!

As for the masks, the Bunny growls and the Bear is melodic. The mask choices are worn/swapped for irony due to bears being associated with growling and rabbits being more light and less abrasive ala melody.

Having two vocalists sucks. If you can't do both clean/dirty vocals and you need both, one of the two should also be playing an instrument instead of acting like a hype-man. Dorks.

unless you're the blood brothers and both vocalists do both, and one of them sometimes plays an instrument.

So, Sleaford Mods. What kind of people actually like this stuff? I can't see who it's appealing to. Bizarre.

Never even heard of this before. Something about its sound reminds me of some old-timey Beck, which was also bizarre.

It seems to be fairly well known here in the UK, but I saw Anthony Fantano review their new record so assumed it had now also made it to the US. I really don't get it. Invada Records has also been selling their stuff. I kind like Invada but they're increasingly hit and miss.

I'm not saying I have the best music taste nor the taste model most people need to genuinely agree with or follow but damn, this song is huge right now. I asked myself why? Who the fuck listens to this shit and considers it good? What is the said demographic?

Not the best music taste? Like what YOU want to like. That's all that matters.

    ETA, that song is awful.

Yeah, it's a shit song, but to be honest, no worse than most crap I hear on top 40 pop stations.

Seems like the demographic would be mostly younger girls, who like to dance to this kind of stuff, along with droves of field playing dudes that they tend to attract.

If so, I apologize, but...holy fuck, that shit is awful. It sounds like some sterile knock-off version of the worst 80s synth pop, with some goof over-emoting WAY too much on vocals, to the point where it's comical. All the songs sound the same, too...right down to the bonehead vocalist trying SO HARD to sound deep, and failing miserably.

    BLEH
i like ONE SONG by them and that's it.

Boggles my mind that bands are still making this kind of music and being rewarded with major label deals for it: it was horrible 10 years ago when Underoath and Taking Back Sunday were doing it, now it's just pure parody. Self-pitying relationship emo at its worst.
