The fact that a huge percentage of the public thinks the status quo is okay and that the cops are always right is the problem. The Blue Wall where cops protect cops and never admit fault is the problem. The lack of disciplinary action against bad cops is the problem. The police culture is corrupt, our culture is racist, and we have some hard work ahead of us.
