The only games I enjoyed with the Move were Tumble and Child of Eden. Some say they are great for FPS but I never really cared enough to try it for more than 5 mins. You an do some fun hacking with a PC though and make them fun inputs for art projects etc!
I think there will be some support for early PS4 games (media molecule was using them for their Ps4 demo) but other than a couple of niche indies I don't see it being a huge thing.

Just checked out info on E3 and they say they're making announcements about the PS3, as well as PS4, which means it isn't going to become obsolete that quickly, I already have RE4 and Heavy Rain which are MOVE compatible, I might give it a go
