Here's a link to a really great essay by DBT's Patterson Hood. I know their music is on a different tangent than NIN but they are a fine band & well worth checking out. I thought last year's "American Band" was album of the year. They have a new song out now called "The Perilous Night" that is awesome. Very powerful.
