Trailer was decent. I wasn't thrilled when I heard Fox was going to turn this into a TV show but I'll give it a shot.

Agreed. Decent is the right word.

It also made me realize that I still can't hear Tubular Bells without shivering.

Fingers crossed. Cautiously optimistic, but with this and 'Lethal Weapon'...FOX is surely putting a lot of faith in the remake strategy this fall.

    So is anyone watching this?

The pilot was fucking stunning, but i found episode 2 to be a bit of a let down. Different writer and or director maybe?

I'm hoping the third one is the hot ticket.

@elevenism Yeah I'm watching this. Third episode was good. Better than the second for sure. The bus scene was pretty extreme. Glad I gave this show a shot.

I've only seen the first 2 episodes and was shocked at how good it was! Great characters, great set up, and of course Geena Davis, who is always stellar. I had very low expectations and was blown away...

This week's episode was amazing. This is blowing AHS out of the water.
It just sucks that the ratings aren't there. The Friday time slot doesn't help but I don't think this belongs on FOX. At this point, it doesn't look like it'll be picked up for a second season but hopefully, it'll land on a more specialized network.

    (Un)Holy Twist, Batman!

But can they pull it off? Can this show be worthy of such a twist?

    I sure hope so!

Goddamn that last episode was hands down the scariest thing i've ever seen on a tv show.

That x100. I just finished the episode and Holy moly!
2 episodes left. They better not end this with a cliffhanger if their intent is to cancel the show.

The finale was pretty satisfying. This was a fun series to watch. Maybe it'll go to cable. Who knows at this time.

Wow, this was a great season with a solid finale. I hope we get a second season. If you'd asked me this time last year if I thought a television show based off The Exorcist film would be any good, let alone fantastic and also airing on Fox of all places, I never would have believed it.

I can't believe it...against all odds, with bad ratings...

FOX officially renews The Exorcist for a second season.

Entertaining series. Not perfect but solid enough.
Watching Father Marcus feels like watching an older Joel Kinnanman.

Season 2 finale was awesome. Season started off slowly but picked up a great peace with some great episodes.

Ratings weren't good though. Doesn't look like it'll get picked up for a third one

    Oiseau de malheur!

I loved it. I cried buckets of tears at the scene with Tomas and the kids. And Markus at the end? Awesome. I need to watch the first season now.
