It ends at 11am central time on Thursday, Feb. 15. What do you think? New album announcement? New single? Tour dates? Combination of 2 or more of these? Either way, this is the most excited I've been about the Pumpkins in at least a decade, maybe even since Machina's release.

They seem to be going to a lot of trouble for it to be only a simple reissue. I think this is all obviously leading to an announcement of the new album and/or tour.

Any reissue campaign with taglines from both a B-sides compilation and a completely separate multi-platinum selling album from that purported to be advertised would have to have been formed at the hand of a very confused or lackadaisical marketing team.

Yeah you're probably right. A lot of people including D'arcy have have said that a tour is planned for July. But it is the 25th Anniversary of SD so I wouldn't be surprised if a special anniversary edition is released as well. Also have you heard about this?

Well, shit's unravelling.

D'Arcy's spoken to BlastEcho again. She said there was an initial contract offer for all of them, which was later described by Billy as "Not a real offer" and confirms that they all decided to go on without her.

She also says they were only supposed to do one song produced by Rick Rubin. That would explain why they only recorded a month...

And apparently on her Facebook she's described Billy as a lost cause, confirms she spent a lot of time grounding him.

She also implied Billy doesn't want her back over jealousy re: how much the fans like her. Speculates that's why he fired Nicole. Says it might be time to write a book.
