Is there talk of a live album or DVD of the tour?

I haven't heard anything, but that would be an easy, obvious thing to do.

I hope not, unless it’s like Live Era so Axl can re-record his vocals in the studio... but then it wouldn’t be a very “live” album.

Pleas no. "If you want it straight, listen to the album."--Dean Martin.

I just find that Axl’s vocals on this tourhave been the weakest link by far, and it’s very noticeable. I don’t think they’re worth the showcase, specially considering that they deleted the live You Could Be Mine video from AFDemocracy from their youtube page, I assume because of all the negative comments re. Axl’s voice.

I say screw the live album, give us some new fucking music. It’s been 10 years already.

Got Duff's new disc today. Doesn't rock all that hard, mostly mellow, reflective songs with a country tinge.

Word on the street is, we can be getting new GNR music very soon.
Rumors that they wrote a song for the new Terminator film are floating around.

They are calling this movie T3? I get that they are pretending that none of the post T2 happened, but c'mon.

No, they are calling it Terminator: Dark Fate. The tweet in the article says "T3," but they're just too lazy to type out the whole title.

Both "Atlas Shrugged" and "Hard School" are cool songs. Not really single material, but good, solid later-day GN'R songs.

Honestly, I wish that Axl had just released all this shit (along with Chinese Democracy) in 2001, as a solo album. It would have been better received. I mean, these new songs are cool, but with the return of Slash/Duff and a new album with the current lineup possibly coming out, these songs kind of feel like a footnote.

Shame, because "Atlas Shrugged" in particular is really fuckin' cool.

I believe the G&R camp squashed the Terminator rumors a few days ago

Aaaand... there already WAS a Terminator 3 movie, with an evil female terminator, and the kid from Bully was Connor.... and I guess it sucked so much we all forgot about it....

And I don't know why we're talking about Guns N Roses, because they suck and have nothing to do with this movie.

NO! Nothing called "Atlas Shrugged" is cool, especially not if it involves fucking Guns n Roses.

RS said the Chinese Democracy demos sounded like Physical Graffiti-era Led Zeppelin produced by Trent Reznor, circa 2000. I see what they were talking about when I heard "Atlas Shrugged."

RS also bashed the first three Zeppelin albums, praised Smash Mouth, bashed Tom Waits’ Mule Variations album, and gave Aphex Twin the lowest score they’ve ever given anything

Different writers, man. Anyway, it doesn't matter that the source is Rolling Stone. The point is, the demos were described as "PG-era LZ, produced by TR," and I never really understood that comparison until I heard "Atlas Shrugged."

"State of Grace" is really cool. I wonder why the leaks are coming now? Seems kind of random.

A guy bought a storage locker from a guy that was a manager to the band in an abandoned auction and it had 4 CDs inside of unfinished mixes, demos, roughs and alternate takes. A dude I'm friends with is a huge fan of the band (meh) and has been keeping me with updates. There's lots of backdoor dealings, contracts and legal action involved with these leaks and song origins. We got most of the stuff thats new or unheard of.

The dudes that got them could be in huge trouble if Universal goes after them.

That online GNR community is fucking weird. There's photos of the CDs to prove it. That MSL guy is involved, not sure if you know that fat bastard or not.
