Buying Hesitation Marks as a gift.

I want to buy HM as a gift for someone. Does NIN.com allow for this, or should I use amazon.com? I'd prefer that my name not show up on a packing slip, but if it does I guess I'll deal with it, so if anyone knows whether amazon.com will show the person who purchased it, let me know also.

Thanks to anyone who can help me with info here.

    Step 1. Buy the vinyl
Step 2. have it delivered to your address
Step 3. wrap it in wrapping paper
    Step 4. bow.
Step 5. go meet her somewhere, preferably her place or yours...but a park or something would work too
Step 6. give it to her in person "just because" but don't be too beta about it.
    Step 7. ????
Step 8. give her the D

I appreciate the dating advice n all, but just because its a she doesn't mean I'm interested in dating her. I just want to know about whether I can buy it as a gift on nin.com and what information shows up when you buy something as a gift on amazon.com. I'm aware you can hide the price, but it doesn't say anything else about what shows up on the packing slip.

I doubt that NIN's merch handler has a gift order policy, but here's what Amazon does:
