@wizfan holy shit, what a great find. I'm strongly hoping that'll be on the follow-up album he's been talking about, because that is great, and reminds me a lot more of the Niggy Tardust sound actually.

The song is called That's Whats Up. It was released on the EP that came out a little before the album, We Are Riled. We Are Spitting Hot. Money, Money, Green Where The Land Was.

    Right here.
And it's got early/demo versions of MLK songs, too. Horn of the Clock-Bike has a rawer and more aggressive vocal performance.

Videos for 2 of the 3 songs played that evening were posted a while back by The Saint Paul Chamber Orchestra. The third song was a mix of many of Saul's different lyrics from Niggy Tardust woven into a poem with similar music playing. It's too bad there isn't a video for it, at least not that I can find.

I'm just thrilled to see that it's definitely happening. I love this project so far and love comics, so it's pretty ideal for me.

If it comes out the first quarter of 2019, that's only about two and a half years! It's practically here!

    Wow, JUST found this one:

And this pretty badass remix. Anyone else getting "HTDA - How Long? music video" vibes from Saul's picture?

Two and a half months later...

It was VERY windy, so I apologize for the extra noise. Also, in case you dint feel like showing up, this was a spoken word performance.

hahahaa I'm not a huge fan of Saul Williams but List of Demands is a breakthrough and important song culturally in the black community, part. with the intellectual sect. Nice troll.

Why post in the Saul Williams thread if you're not a fan? I wouldn't go into the Linkin Park thread just to say they suck.

Weird. I was just reading an interview with him around the time MartyrLoserKing was coming out where he talked about doing something like this. It certainly sounds interesting, so I will definitely keep an eye on this.

    My favorite part:

    Pledge $100 or more

    Potolo Dream

Potolo (the wheel-winged avatar) will chant an incantation into your dream on a special night at 11:11pm when you have fallen asleep earlier than planned. This incantation will dissolve all unwarranted doubts and fears for 72 hours which may be prolonged if you are able to recall the song from your dream.

I'm not talking about it because I can't afford it. I did throw down a $25 pledge, though.
