The utility or a right does not justify the right. Nor does a lack of utility justify the removal of that right. This is the same kind of crap that the porn censorship advocates try to argue. You do not have a right that guarantees that you won't be offended.

That said, the information gleaned from this video being posted on a site that lacks censorship is exactly what allowed the police to track the guy down. He was then punished for the crimes that he committed.
