I don't know about a torrent, but Sparna on thefade uploaded a rarities depository to dropbox, which probably has everything you would ever ever want.

Someone on the RekRek forum said they called and managed to get a ticket that someone canceled. Might be worth a shot.

Awesome! Wonder if this is a new Queens song or a Josh solo song.

Meldown was sweet but so short. Started with film footage of a Cramps gig, then interval and then Josh came on at 9pm. Troy was there and Mark Lanegan came out for two songs. Josh did covers of Dean Martin and Johnny Cash and the new tune. It was all over in an hour!. Bit unusual to see in a venue more used for classical music but it was cool and Josh was joking between songs, place was sold out and audience very vocal. After I bought Like Clockwork vinyl LP for £22 not bad!!

Laneganapparently has a new record coming out in October. And the other day he did a small session for KEXP premiering two new songs. Good stuff!

Absolutely HUMBLED by QOTSA the other night. My goodness. Front row. Mind AND Soul blown. Crowd was so fucken into it. Life is good when the crowd and band are feeding off each other's energies.

The band is a beast. Josh's wife is really nice but her music is much to be desired. Regardless, I am still buzzing and the show was almost 48 hrs ago!!! I got some really amazing videos but dont wanna upload to YT. Any other suggestions?

Been there, and I know the feeling! Thanks for sharing; looks like you had a fantastic set, and that's a pretty sweet poster!

A friend and I decided to hit up all of their midwest dates this year and snagged rail for each one. Plus I got to see them at Sasquatch in WA, making them the only band I've seen 6 of 6 times (within a year) from front row. Such a rush and second only to NIN, IMHO. I'm Designer became my new favorite live song by them, I think. Also, I had been hoping and waiting for Turnin' on the Screw forever and never got it, so I'm slightly jealous

Fuck yeah!! Capitol Theater fucken rules.

Also liked that the bands didn't fuck the fans on merch. Shirts were $25 and posters were $25. Good shit! Venue specific shirts too!

Let me tell you how amazing Better Living was! That jam in the middle...lord have mercy! They extended fucken everything it seemed. Turning on the Screw was a highlight as well. Man the visuals at one point sent me into an almost seizure! Got to meet Hutch who has been their sound guy for ages and it was cool to hang by the soundboard for Song for the Dead and see the light guy manually do the lights with his fingers. Had the timing just right. Also cool to hang by his wife Brody and watch her watch her husband do what he does! Front row does make a hell of a difference but the energy of the crowd at the Capitol Theater that night was unreal. It was like church. One big fucken sing along. Seriously. I still have chills. Hung by the sound for the last 3 songs and it still fucken rocked!

Still looking for a place to upload HD vids of the show besides youtube...

I saw QOTSA last Thursday. First time seeing them outside a festival. Holy shit. THAT was the proper way to see them live. Unbelievably good, all the way through.

Not to promote my own stuff too much around here, but I wrote a review:

    And I interviewed Alain Johannes:

Apparently everyone's favorite Nick Oliveri is gonna join QOTSA for an encore of old songs.

^I will be at the gig but I do hope they film the show. A new live DVD is long overdue in my opinion.

They performed at the Arizona State Fair last night, surprise show announced I’m guessing as a warm-up of sorts before tonight’s in LA, and they were beyond great. 1st time seeing them live and I was blown away. Sadly, I arrived a bit late and missed half their set.

Fuck, that was an amazing show tonight.

    Setlist is here: http://www.setlist.fm/setlist/queens...-6bcc26f2.html

    Yep, they played those songs.

I don't know who sang the first song with the band.

    Random tidbits:
    Tightest band in the land!
    Love the Suicide Girls.
The Kills weren't bad at all.

That's an awesome set list. I'm sad I missed the show due a nasty cold.
