Don't let the lazy cover art fool you; this album is brilliant.

I have that split EP you’re talking of. Recently nabbed both full length albums on vinyl but I still need it.

I like Drab Majesty but never knew that. Might seek it out now.

Yes, this is where I listened to it! I first came across Cross (heh) when I listened to "The Big Picture" thinking it was a stand-up comedy album. The music began and I was waiting for the jokes to begin... and then I discovered that there are two David Crosses!

Gonna pimp a few of my friends' work...

Vancouver based ACTORS just dropped their latest album 'It Will Come To You' and it's a banger. Been listening to it straight for like three days. Think post-punk, Bauhaus, darkwave...great shit.

My fav track off of their new album...

Shannon also has a side project LEATHERS which is fantastic as well...80's new wave synth type stuff, with some shoegaze as well...Day For Night is probably one of my fav tracks of the last year, period.

Awesome! They’re genuinely the nicest people, and if you check out their Twitter (@ACTORStheband) or their IG, they’re getting ready to embark on a U.S. tour as well!

INSANELY good, and a glaring omission in my musical taste - for fans of low, codeine, red house painters, etc.

No matter what other music I listen to, I always find myself going to Morphine when I'm up late but I shouldn't be.

Big time. I've caught him basically annually on Holy Ship the last few years. From my IG:

His sets with Claude Von Stroke as Get Real are awesome:

Dude is an OG in the genre. Love that he's still so relevant and popular with he younger kids too.
