I'm going over the Iron Maiden library--from the self-titled debut to The Final Frontier and also Bruce Dickinson's solo work. I'm also trying to listen to every Tori album in preparation for the concert later this month.

Led Zeppelin I will always be my favorite album but I think Kashmir is my favorite song.

Anywho, for a massive change of pace, I've been listening to this lately:

Really? for me it's one of their best albums, not only "Immigrant Song" i also love "Friends" (so strange), "Tangerine", "Gallow's Pole" (the celtic arrangements are great) and "Since i been loving you" (that in my opinion is their most epic "blues" song), i like all the "world music" influences present in the album, weird that you don't like it if "Kashmir" it's one of your faves...

III is one of my fav Led Zep albums too. Bron yr aur stomp is amazing, Immigrant song, Tangerine, Gallows pole, Celebration day, Out on the tiles, so many great songs. May never be considered one of the best by many but I certainly have a lot of time for III.

I always thought that LZ III was considered a classic.

Is it? When people talk about Zeppelin it seems to be dominated by I,II, IV and Physical Graffiti. I certainly consider it a classic. I always felt it was a little underrated by fans. Just my perception anyway.

Just gave this a listen for the first time....it's actually a really good album and I highly recommend it to anyone who is/was a fan. I love the little comment that TR made that is on the hype sticker

I find that Dave with long hair is kinda creepy. Been really listening to Playing the Angel on a loop. One of my favorite DM albums.

I think this album will be my album of the year.

The new Tom Petty & The Heartbreakers album, "Hypnotic Eye" is pretty bad ass. My favorite song so far is U Get Me High.

Holy fuck I forgot about the new album. How does it stack up against MOJO? I thought that one was pretty good.

@ibanez33 I haven't heard MOJO. I ought to check it out. After listening to this album, it lead me to get their first three albums from the 1970s. Haven't listened to them yet.

I was always a casual listener of Tom Petty & The Heartbreakers, hearing songs on the radio and seeing some videos on TV.

Sweet! I've always been a huge fan of Tom Petty. I can't recommend any 1 album over another but I do have to say that Tom Petty & The Heartbreakers are better than his solo work, even though that's arguably what he's most well-known for.
