There's an extension called Hola Unblocker, it can let you change your location to different countries. I set it to Chile on the live stream page and it worked for me, although Hola can be pretty spotty/uncertain in terms of if it's going to work or not. Oh, and you need an account on the Lolla site to access it. Just your standard name, e-mail, password thing.

Don't know if you saw it yet, but TheBang found a way to watch it via VLC player. He explains how to do it in the 2014 tour and speculation thread.
