Reasons for the change: I've requested this thread to be changed so that it can be just the Richard Simmons thread, and have also requested it to become moved to the Le Cinema section.
I thought to be fair in terms of addressing addictions, so I also thought of making a thread pertaining to food addiction as well. This thread can also include exercise, and also be another kind of thread like the gym thread, but with weight loss being the main focus and objective. Any advice on dieting and exercising would be much appreciated as well as discussing the benefits of your own weight loss experiences. I also felt compelled to include health and exercise guru Richard Simmons here, because I've actually found a lot of his words and overall advice for weight loss to be very inspirational. I'm also very aware that he's a huge hit or miss for some, or even lots people though, so I'll obviously understand if you can't stand him.

I just realized that The Gym Thread (http://www.echoingthesound.org/community/threads/182-The-Gym-Thread-I-lift-things-up-and-put-things-down) already covered weight loss, so this might as well just be the Richard Simmons thread. I've figured that he's truly an enormous hit or miss to most people as I've already mentioned. :p
I've also figured that this thread could go in the Le Cinema section as his works definitely count as video entertainment. I'm also amazed at the following he's created and received on the Internet on Facebook, Twitter, and YouTube as well, and how much it has expanded through successful promotion and overall word of mouth.
